Heather Gresham

Heather Gresham is the VP of People and Culture at RepresentUs. Heather is passionate about creating thriving workplaces where people feel comfortable bringing their authentic selves.

For over two decades, Heather has held HR leadership roles in multiple industries, including healthcare, higher education, and transportation. Most recently, she served as director of workforce development for Erie County, NY.

A licensed attorney, Heather earned a juris doctor and bachelor’s degree the from the University at Buffalo. She has earned Senior Human Resources certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), as well as a certificate in Equal Employment Opportunity Studies from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Heather lives in Buffalo, NY with two teenagers who fight with each other about using her car.
