Heather Gresham is Counsel and Vice President of People and Culture at RepresentUs, America’s leading nonpartisan anti-corruption organization.

A licensed attorney, Heather earned her juris doctor and bachelor’s degrees from the University at Buffalo. She also holds Senior Human Resources certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), as well as a certificate in Equal Employment Opportunity Studies from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

For over two decades, Heather has held HR leadership roles in multiple industries, including healthcare, higher education, and transportation. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about creating thriving workplaces where people feel comfortable bringing their authentic selves and feeling like they truly belong.
