Jefferson City, MO — Today, Republican State Senator Rob Schaaf introduced the Missouri Anti-Corruption Act (SJR-13) — a proposal that would overhaul Missouri’s state ethics, lobbying, and campaign finance laws.

“We applaud Senator Schaaf for introducing an Anti-Corruption Act that sets an example for the entire nation. This legislation protects Missouri’s government from the cronyism and corruption that defines politics in Jefferson City, Washington, DC, and statehouses across the country. Conservatives and progressives alike are united in the belief that the exchange of money for political influence is a fundamental threat to our Republic and must be outlawed. The Missouri Anti-Corruption Act does just that.”
