Yes on Ranked Choice Voting

Just 4% of Minnetonka residents vote in city council primaries. Question 1 implements Ranked Choice Voting, a system in which all candidates appear on the ballot during a single general election, encouraging more voter participation. It is supported by leaders from both political parties, including Governor Tim Walz, Congressman Dean Phillips, former US Senator Dave Durenberger, and former Governor Arne Carlson.
