Phase 4: Thinking nationally, end corruption locally

The Fourth Phase is focused on passing your local resolutions/initiatives (if applicable), meeting with your member of Congress, and, most importantly, getting the media to cover all of it. The other major goals of this phase are to solidify support from community leaders and hit the 1,000 signature mark to show that your community is mobilized against corruption.
