You’re at the homestretch for collecting signatures! You only need 100 more to reach your goal of 1,000 Citizen Co-Sponsors. You should be able to gather enough from the sheets your team distributed at your supportive local business. Make the rounds by collecting and restocking petition sheets when necessary in each location.
Your team should go out to the pub and celebrate your petitioning achievements! You’ll have successfully built a diverse network of support through meeting with constituents one-on-one, and kept the community informed about local actions through leveraging your listserv contacts. Way to go!
Here are your petitioning goals for Phase 4:
- 100 signatures
- Weekly or bi-weekly collection of sheets from small businesses
- Send fourth listserv posting—this time about your rally
