By attending this event hosted by RepresentUs, you acknowledge that the event may be photographed, recorded, broadcast, or otherwise publicized, and you grant RepresentUs all rights and permissions associated with using your image or likeness in any photographs, audio recordings, or video recordings, as well as in any reproductions or adaptations of these materials, for publications, web properties, promotional materials, archival materials, or for any other similar purpose, without compensation. This may include, but is not limited to, the use of these materials in printed or online publicity, social media, press releases, and funding applications.
By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims against RepresentUs that you may have related to the use of photographic or recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve photo, video or audio recording(s) of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
You understand and acknowledge that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, we ask that you do not enter the event premises.
