Stephanie Slysz
Human Resources Manager
Stephanie leads employee lifecycle processes at RepresentUs and supports employee experience related to culture building. She drives the day-to-day implementation and accountability of Operations department and organizational objectives by keeping ‘all the trains running on time.’
Understanding that all politics is local, Stephanie serves as Chair of her town’s Planning Board, as a representative on her town’s Comprehensive Planning Committee, and is a co-founder of the Hatfield Community Garden. She brings a BA from Mount Holyoke College, experience working in radio as an office assistant and reporter, and knowledge volunteering in state and local political campaigns. Born and raised in western Massachusetts, she’s excited to support an area non-profit making a big impact nationally to restore our ailing democracy.
